Player/Character Housing
Tell me what theme or look you would like the room(s) to have, and send me the platinum to buy the items that you need (or fill a moving crate with the items you want) and I will furnish the room(s) to your desires! This costs a different amount of platinum per hour, and if you decide to send me the money to furnish, you will receive any money I do not use, immediately back. I would MUCH prefer you fill a house crate though, as then I don't have to find the items on the broker, or make them with my carpenter, and you know for absolute sure that you will love the items in the room(s)! You MUST grant me trustee access in order for me to come and decorate! One of the crafted things I can provide is crafted House Actors, which can be any race of your choosing, wear clothing or weapons of your choosing, and can also say different things or do different things as actions! The house actors are an extra 300,000 platinum each, due to Etherwood Lumber being an extremely rare harvestable!
1 Room: 2,000 Platinum per hour

My name is Will, otherwise known as The Transgender T-Rex on social media! As the nickname implies, I am a trans man (he/him pronouns) and I am autistic, disabled (and bedridden due to automobile injuries and MS [Multiple Sclerosis]), and living in Massachusetts (USA)! EverQuest 2 has brought me so much joy, and I have found that not only do I LOVE decorating, people seem to really like my designs! I figured, why not make money for my Guild Halls, Night Guard and The Mouse Trap (Halls Of Fate Server) doing what I love? Although I am solely based on Halls Of Fate, I am more than willing to create a character for your server, and use that for decorating! My main toon is a Aerakyn Fury named Kweerakyn, and my secondary is a Vah Shir Defiler named Kweerkitty! I have MANY other toons though haha
